Spotify - two issues

I am facing two issues in Spotify on my 945:

1. Continue playback of podcasts where you left of

When the podcast episode shows in the list - it says "xx minutes remaining", but when I start playing it - it always starts from the beginning again. This is quite annoying if I want to continue a podcast that I have started

2. Play next episode

If I have two unplayed episodes in a podcast, I would like the watch to continue to the next episode automatically. Now I must go into the menu and start it manually.

Put the podcasts in a playlist on Spotify, sync the playlist to the watch and listen to your podcasts from there, it solves both those issues on my 645 music.
