Coach Training: Running with a predetermined pace results as too slow in Garmin Connect.

Forerunner 945 seems to indicate too high target range for the target pace.

In coach training I have to run 800 meters distances with a predetermined pace. Finally, when I run with the given pace according to Forerunner 945, Garmin Connect shows me that I was slower than the predetermined pace.

A training session is 8 times:
a) 800meters at 5:30/min
b) 3 minutes with light pace (HF2)

To a) In order to achieve the target pace, I have to run like this:
Training of Forerunner: 8x 800m at 5:30min/km
Running with Forerunner: 8x800m less than 4:40min/km
Result of Garmin Connect: 8x800m approx. 5:30min/km

To b) Forerunner no longer displays a Pace target area.

How can I prove i'm wrong?

I assume that the conversion between 800meters and 1000m is incorrect, or that part b) is taken into account by Garmin Connect.

It is totally annoying to constantly run in the red area according to the Forerunner info board, so that the result was retrospectively in the green area.
