please fix ghost playlist problem in Garmin Express

I can not delete ghost playlists on my Garmin 245 Music using Garmin Express. I am able to delete the music (i.e. songs), within the playlist, but the playlist name is still there, but with no songs in it. Help, please.

Unbelievable that this still exists!! It was the case months ago with my 245M, to see with my new 94 thats this is still not working...
