I've had crazy high HR readings at the beginnings of three recent runs, which have completely thrown off my Training Status. A 4-mile easy run was interpreted as 257 load benefiting aerobic capacity.
I used FIT File Tools to strip out the HR field, deleted the original activities, and uploaded the HR-less ones. Didn't make any difference. Garmin shows the same Training Effect for all three activities.

Strava, on the other hand, revised my Fitness score and relative effort numbers after replacing the activities.
I've been structuring my workouts around my 945s Load Focus, which is now messed up.
Is there any way to make it right, or at least not so far off?
