Bug: cycling power gauge

Today I was riding my trainer and noticed a strange behavior. Showing the power gauge screen (top arc shows power zone with arrow pointing to current zone) when I went into zone 7 the arrow would disappear and the zone color band did not get bold. If I backed off power slightly to zone 6, that would display fine, it was only with zone 7 that I had an issue.

I'm on firmware 4.10

If you edit your Power Zones and then test again, what result do you get?

Update: it wasn't a one-off thing. I rebooted my watch and could replicate the occurrence. Data still records fine, it's just a display on the watch issue.

I just updated to the 4.29 beta and this issue is still present. Is anyone else having this problem?

I have been unable to recreate this myself on multiple devices. Would you be able to remove this data field/data page and add it again before re-testing this? That, or perhaps testing it while in another App like Bike Indoor or MTB?

I didn't mention, but all my tests were done on the Bike Indoor app (my power meter is built into my trainer). I deleted and re-added the Power page to Bike Indoor, but the issue persisted.

I hadn't thought to try other biking apps, so I tried them just now. I have the same issue when trying to use the Bike and MTB apps, also. It looks like for some reason with my watch every profile is doing this. What should I try next?

Since Former Member can't replicate this, I assume it's an issue with my watch (most likely software as I can't imagine a hardware failure causing this). I decided to attempt a factory reset.

I changed my FTP to 100W, making Zone 7 148+.

At 147W I could see the arrow bug pointing to Z6 and it was bolded.

At 148W I could see the arrow bug pointing to Z7 and it was bolded.

At 149W or higher the arrow was gone and no zone bar was bolded.

Perhaps posting a screenshot of your watch (you can set up a hotkey for this) might help?

This is my first time taking screenshots and uploading. I hope everyone can see them.

With FTP set to 100W (Z7 starts at 148W) I see the following:

Note: it's not just some narrow band of power that shows this. Even numbers much higher than the changeover limit do this:

Also, slowly increasing power from 0W to Z7, zones 1-6 all display fine.
