Handlebar display for Forerunner 945

I have a Forerunner 945, which I wear on my wrist.

I want to know if there is a display/device that I can mount on my handlebar that will display data from my watch like heart rate, distance, speed, etc.?

The Extended Display feature is intended for exactly that. You would need a recent Edge device (130 or 520 Plus are probably the cheapest) - you might be able to pick one up second hand.

Well, the issue is the heart rate, it needs to be on my wrist.

Wrist heart rate is not very accurate when mountain biking.

Alternatively, you could get a cheaper cycle computer that receives ANT+ HR, and just broadcast HR from the 945.

I think the best solution is wear a chest band and fix the 945 in the handlebar. I do so and it's OK. This is mine:
