Repeated reboots - no hardware reset possible

When I save a bike ride, my watch constantly restarts. The display shows "Conferting GPX files", then "Loading FIT files".
Then the clock restarts and the whole thing starts again.
Hardware reset does not work either.

I can't get the clock to run anymore.
Does anyone have an idea for me or do I really have to send the clock in ?
