How to Get PacePro + Estimated Finish Time During Race

Hello,

I have been using PacePro on some of my long weekend runs in prep for half marathon.

I am looking for data view with PacePro that also allows me to estimate my finish time.

PacePro gives splits and how far you are behind or ahead overall.

Estimated finish can be found under training and set target, but how do you combine with PacePro?

Do I have to use an IQ app to customize a data field?

Thanks,

Steve

    Any suggestions?

  • I have a screen set up this way:

which means I have to manually remember the overall time I set my Pacepro plan for - then the AHD/BHD field will tell me how I’m doing against this comparatively.  However, if you ‘navigate course’ in conjunction with Pacepro you may be able to swap ‘timer’ for ‘ETE’ (estimated time to end) which should

  • On raceday I use a data field from the Connect IQ Store called ''Race Screen'' by dp0750 which gives me my predicted finish time over a set distance. You have to fill in your race distance in advance and when you start running the data field shows your predicted finish time based on your current pace (or optional your average pace). As far as I know PacePro does not give you this feature.

  • Use PacePro like you are used to and install "Finish Time Predictor". I believe its one of the first IQ Datafields wich was released and delivered real value. It works like a charm
