New 945 can find Garmin foot pod to pair with

I've just bought a new 945 but for whatever reason it just won't find my Garmin foot pod to pair with. I have 920XT that is pairing with the foot pod immediately so I know it's working OK.

I have scanned for it many times, rebooted the watch many times, updated the software to 4.1 and updated the ANT/BLE/BT to 5.01, but none of these seem to work. Has anyone else got any other ideas?

I have a Garmin foot pod and my replacement 945 I received yesterday picked it up without any trouble. Does your 945 connect to other ANT+ sensors?

The compatible devices page for the foot pod ( https://buy.garmin.com/en-BW/SSA/p/15516#devices ) doesn't list the 945 - I wonder if that is just an oversight?

I think so. I am using old oryginal garmin footpod and cheap decathlon (geonaute) footpod with FR945.
