How to setup data screens for workout? Please help

Good afternoon.

I'm having trouble understanding how to setup data fields for workouts on Forerunner 945.

I've setup a 4 data fields screen for running. Then i'm creating a workout that goes under "Run". I activate a workout and see 3 data fields all of a sudden. Tried the same with "Walk" and "Custom", but got the same result.

Searched the site, googled etc. Everything explains how to edit regular data fields, but nothing about workouts.

Please point me into the right direction. Thank you

When you create a workout, and start that, you get a specific screen that relates to your workout. It will show you, if you have set any target, how your pace/heartrate/time/etc. relates to that specific…

When you create a workout, and start that, you get a specific screen that relates to your workout. It will show you, if you have set any target, how your pace/heartrate/time/etc. relates to that specific step target in the workout. So basically I don't think that you can customize the workout screen, if you wish to have other values there you need to define a separate screen with the data fields you want to see.
