Activity has synced to Garmin Connect - is there a way to manually sync it?

The activity is showing on my recent activities on my 945. Is there to manually upload it?

In GC Interweb click on the cloud icon with the arrow then select Import Data and follow the prompts.

That gives me options to upload a file (I can't as it's on the watch) or download connect for mobile (which is what I use but it's not working?)

Connect the watch to a computer and that will give you access to the file to upload. On a Windows PC the watch will mount as a drive directly. On a Mac you will need to download and install Android File Transfer or similar. In both cases your activity will be in the ACTIVITY folder and timestamped so you can easily located it.
