Frozen starting, only Garmin logo

Hello,

my 945 stopped answer so I restarted it (15 seconds Light button) and now I have there only starting screen (Garmin logo).

I tried some reset buttons like:

   Start button + Back button, after first beep I released Start button after second beep I released Back button. But nothing still Garmin text logo.

I tried full charge it (or I tried discharge it) then connect to computer but Garmin Express or Software Updater did not find it. So after connect to MAC wath not found.

So I'm still on starting screen. When I push Down button I see some system info: http://bit.ly/2NWG7JV   but that's only view what I'm able to see.

Please do you have some tip how to somehow reset it to factory setting or what to do (some secret button combination). I have my Garmin only one month.
I do not use any downloaded widgets, apps, only one popular watch face.

    Try this:

    1. Switch it off by holding LIGHT for about 15s until the display goes off
    2. Wait 1 min.
    3. Switch it back on, if still stuck, leave it in that state for at least one hour
    4. Switch it off by holding LIGHT for about 15s until the display goes off
    5. Wait 1 min.
    6. Press and hold the Down, Start, and Back buttons
    7. Power the watch on while holding these buttons
    8. After the first beep release the Start button
    9. After the second beep release the remaining buttons

    If this does not help, your watch is bricked unfortunately, which means, you will have to get in touch with Garmin Support for replacement.

    It should be noted that your steps provided will erase this user's data. 

    My recommendation before the reset would be to connect this device to a computer and hold the power button in for 15 seconds. You can also hold the start button in while repeating this in an effort to force it to be read by the computer.

    Thank you for answers.
    So when I connect it to computer (Windows 7 SP1) no new device, when I push and hold Start button Windows find new device and Garmin Express find the watch. But Windows do not add it as mass storage it is "Unknown device". I tried to find some USB driver but it did not helped still not mass storage. And Garmin Express show alert that Garmin servers are not available and device is not possible to add.
    I tried WebUpdater and I clicked to Next to do software update (it shows that version 2.80 not found), it downloaded the version 2.80 (even my current version is 2.80) and than I got alert that Update file is corrupted and it stopped.

    Sounds like your best bet is contacting Garmin Support, as your device should still be under warranty.

    Hi, in my case I tried everything and it seems that there was a bad sector in memory and when watch try to write to memory it crashed. So I sent it back to eshop, eshop to Garmin service and I got new one in few days.

    Tried your method and did not work - the PC does not recognize the watch. My 945 is less than 2 years old and junked already. Looks like I am headed for an expensive repair.
