Issues with Komoot

I am experiencing problems with the Komoot app since the last update for the Forerunner 945. Specifically I can not download planned routes to the watch. This problem has been confirmed by Komoot and Garmin is unfortunately the one to blame. I don't bother if such a feature doesn't work for days or a week (even if it was one of the main points why I bought this watch in the first place), but come on Garmin, this problem exists now for 28 days (the day on which the update version 4.0 was published). Does any statement by Garmin exist regarding this problem? When will it be fixed?

I am aware that a firmware downgrade would fix the problem, however, I do not want to miss the swimming improvements.
