There is the third update for the fenix 6 (inkl. the battery drain) and nothing for the 945 and a there are a lot of troubles. Very Sad, but it shows the importance from garmin. This is not what the best sport model has deserves.

Well, if you want those functions you should buy a Fenix...
I personally just want a stable and optimised software for my 945!
Where did you see that? Version 5 was released about 1 month ago. The version number of the beta has increased as apparently they have not found a stable solution yet. We know how many issues we face with…
I guess Garmin has different Teams for different device series. The fact they release updates at different times shouldn't surprise anybody to be honest. It's not an indicator of their priorities I think…

Having said that, I hope to see an update for our beloved device very soon...

A 2 years old device has a software maturity level that our 945 does not have. Every decent development Team always addresses stability and security issues first and new functions later. At least that's what I would expect.

We know how many issues we face with released versions, why you would wish us another beta version for 945 that might just not work puzzles me...
Because many functions do not work with the current release. Just look at the battery usage and how long there hasn't even been a solution. Apart from the new functions (breathing, water consumption) which are only more bad than correctly integrated. But work with the F6. In such a situation, I expect beta updates at least once a week to find and fix the bugs.
I also think they should release Betas more frequently. Now, they don't do a beta test but release Release versions labeled as betas. Or, they labe betas as a release?
