There was an error installing the update

Error Installing Update

I bought a 945 a week ago, while there was no problem installing the map update. However, I changed a new one as I found the down button was a bit sticky. After I got the new one and installing the map update and firmware 4.0, it says "there was an error installing the update" for ToPoactive US & Canada 2018.10! When I looked at the Map Configuration of the watch the version of ToPoactive US & Canada is 2018.20.

My questions are:

1. Was is caused by firmware 4.0?

2. Should I change a new watch?

3. Would downgrade to firmware 3.9 solve the problem? If yes, how can I downgrade it?

I tried so many times already but no luck.

I am wondering is it because the version of the ToPoactive U&Canada on the watch is already 2018.20, Garmin Express does't allow me to install a lower versio of 2018.10.

Hadn't picked up that version difference. Do the maps work as expected?

If so, I wouldn't worry about it.
