I'm using Garmin forerunner 945 but can update firmware only 3.30 can't update to 3.90 how to do?

I'm Thai user and use garmin in Thai version. I want to use hydration widget very much. please help

    You are most probably running the APAC version and this lags behind when it comes to firmware releases. You can do nothing about this, sorry.

    Hydration widget just allows you to enter manually the quantity of liquid, you've drunk, Byt the 3.9 firmware is very buggy, so, I wouldn't be dissapointed on your place. Some people already downgraded to 3.30 due to a number of bugs in 3.9 and 4.0. So, don't be in a hurry to get those bugs also )))
