Garmin 945 4.00 firmware

I'm also having issues for the past two updates. The arm movement during swimming is not recognized properly anymore, the lane counting and heart rate is totally off (this has been the case since 2 weeks, indoor swimming, same pool, same style), does anyone else have also these issues during swimming? 

Since 4.0 my heart rate during running is completely off, with both the optical sensor and the strap. I know in cold weather the optical sensor is tricky, but I've never had such bad readings from the strap. 

I´ve had the watch since September and upgraded from the 935XT, but so far, for a 700€ watch, it's too faulty.

Using the 4.0 and still gps pace speed sucks. Showing 5.00 5.10 when i was running clearly a fast speed. Suddenly it reacts and shows 4.10 (the correct one). Always in the same place where no trees builidings or any kind of antennas.  Now when im doing serious brick and fast laps iam using the 920xt.... thanks garmin!

Hi, same here! I don't trust the pace showed by my 945 at all! I tend to ignore the instant pace and only look at the total average pace and last lap (km) one. I bought my 945 3 weeks ago and I thought it was the best in class... what a mistake...

4 days have gone by and my 945 still doesn't work, and I can't train with training peaks workouts. Garmin where are you?

Garmin do not generally provide support in these forums, so if you have not reached out to them via phone, e-mail or chat then I would not get my hopes up.  FYI, I just checked and at least from the US site their chat is active meaning someone is working.

That said, it sounds like your sensor hub did not update correctly on the last update.  I would suggest going to System->About on the watch and looking at the sensor hub version (mine is at 3.20).  Then perhaps you can try to drop a copy from the last beta software download in to your RemoteSW directory on the watch and see if that causes it to reload and load correctly this time.

Here is what I see

Something is wrong with your BMX, WHR and sensor hub software. They should not be version zero. I would try downgrading to 3.30 using the 3.77 beta zip file and see if it fix your problems.

already tried the downgrade to 3.30 but it doesn't solve anything

Looks like your watch is missing the software showing version zero or they are corrupted. That would explain why nothing is working except your GPS. I assume your Wifi, ANT/BLE/BT are also workinig since they are showing a valid version.
