Display track of an activity does not work (any more)

If I select map of a past activity, the map shows no track.

If I zoom out once, the track is displayed. As soon as I zoom in, no track ist displayed again. 

The map section can't be moved, if I press on the appropriate keys, nothing happens.

Sometimes the display goes back to display the watch/time if I select the map of an done activity.

Using software version 3.3.

Any ideas please?

    I just checked on a watch that has now 3.90 and before had 3.77 a bike ride I did yesterday while on 3.90 and I have the track on the map.

    Have you tried restarting?

    Do you have free space on the watch?

    How far away in the past is that activity?

    - restarted multiple times

    - Garmin Express does not (yet) offer an update

    - failing activities are from yesterday, the week before, an month before etc.

    - 7.61 GB free
