Trouble connecting consistently with wireless Power Beats Pro earphones

Left earphone always connects.  Right earphone connects about 50% of the time on the first try.  Attempt to reconnect by turning watch off and on or putting the earpieces back in the case.  Make take several tries to get both working.  

Anyone else have this issue?  Is there a fix I am not aware of?

  • I’d be interested to know if remote volume control works on other Bluetooth headphones. I know that on some, the volume rocker on the headphone just controls the amp in the headphone - it doesn’t interact with the phone/watch, and episode therefore work. However on Apple ones, they send the signal to the phone/watch to alter the volume. I suspect other headphones do this too, and will also not work correctly.

    It would be interesting to know how the regular Powerbeats behave, as Garmin state these are supported.
