945 and Wahoo Kickr 2018 connectivity issues

Yesterday I was trying to connect 945 to my new Kickr 2018 and I succeeded to do that via ANT+ connection. Speed and Power were available out of the box during the workout as well as stored to the GC but the cadence data is not transmitted to the watch. My Wahoo Kickr has lates firmware updates and cadence is available during my Zwift workouts.

For couple hours I was searching the internet and found that cadence will be transmitted only under Bluetooth connection.

I connected devices via bluetooth, 945 shows that power wahoo sensor is connected in settings but it does not transmit any data to the watch during the workout even power and speed.

Any ideas how to make 945 read data from all sensors or how to make 945 work with Kickr bluetooth?

TBH, cadence from a HT is pure garbage, Just buy a cadence sensor

Kickr is a bike trainer, not Tickr =)

I can't confirm that.

I have the Kickr internal cadence and also Assioma Favero Duo as well as a Garmin cadence sensor. All values almost the same. But I want dual recording and get rid of the external cadence sensor so I want the Kickr sensor to work with my Forerunner 945.

Former Member Kickr is only estimating your cadence, i'm not sure what's the point of a estimate of your cadence but have you looked into the wahoo app ? Have you also tried to pair the kickr as a cadence sensor ?
Next time I'll have a look at my kickr but I have a garmin cadence sensor.

I'm having same trouble: My Garmin 945 connects to wahoo kicks power, but does not receive cadence data.

I have cadence data on my 945 as I have a separate speed sensor. But since connecting Kickr Core I have now lost heart rate?? Any ideas??
