I'm on the shelf from running currently due to torn ligaments in my foot. To not go crazy, I bought an AquaJogger thing and hit the pool for a "run" tonight. I used the Indoor Running activity. Anybody have input on a better setting?
I too have used the Treadmill setting for this and then edited post-activity in my training software of choice (Sporttracks). Works pretty well capturing cadence in my opinion. But since you bring it up I am sorta surprised there is no CIQ app for this already.
