In older Garmins there was a "Training Screen" that let me select "My Workouts" to start a workout that was pre-programmed on Garmin Connect under "Training->Workouts". I've created a workout and successfully sync'ed it to my 945, since the 945 came up with an alert that I'd earned a new badge for doing so. However, I can't find in the menus of the 945 anywhere to actually select and start the Workout that was downloaded.
Where is the option?
