How to fix partial firmware update to 3.30?

For some reason, it only updated the firmware to 3.30 and not the sensor hub (from 2.50 to 2.70) and ant/ble part (from 3.60 to 4.30).

Is there a fix for that? Or will the "Garmin Express" software at some point detect that and refresh the other two parts afterwards?

Go back into Garmin Express with the watch connected and manually check to see if there are any updates to install.

It did the same for me, an hour later it did the rest. I think, in my case the other two parts came via Connect mobile over BT.
