Why is my 945 stuck on 2.80? It does not seem to want to update to 3.05 or 3.30

See the subject line above. Am I doing something wrong. I have connected my 945 to Garmin Express and it has updated all the maps several times, but it does not upload the new OS and it is still on 2.80.
The only real update would be 3.30 and this is a phases rollout (you can see in the chat that only 20%got the update til now). Other updates would be betas, these does not get installed via garmin express
