Garmin Express crashes every time I try to show music on my Forerunner 945

It happening to me sometimes, my solution is to rename shortly folders and songs file names…..

I had music files with full name author-name-year down in a folder tree ordered by authors and albums by year. Once I select a so structured folder collection express start crashes, and every time I went in music it crashes remembering that location end structure. I sought it had problems with long file names and/or much structured folders an subfolders.

So I start simply rename files with only xy titles and albums with only its name. XY is the file number like 01. No . , or -

Now express don't crashes and I put albums directly in 945 with w10 explorer

I can't rename all my music folders & files. The structure and naming of my music folders and files are important to many other applications, including iTunes and Sonos. I appreciate the suggestion, but hopefully there is another solution to this problem.

No. I provided some diagnostic data to Garmin and they are investigating.
