This would prevent the watch from vibrating on hard surfaces and scratching the OHR sensor when off the wrist.

This would prevent the watch from vibrating on hard surfaces and scratching the OHR sensor when off the wrist.
For me I have OHR disabled always, so this feature would make effectively disable all alert vibrations, not ideal :). There are also cases where you wear the watch on the outside of your sleeve (when its cold but you want to see it well).
I think it could go like this:
- If OHR enabled AND nothing detected AND no current activity: disable vibrations
- otherwise: keep vibrations enabled (if vibrations are enabled in settings).
Maybe even an option for vibrations: Off, On when worn, Always On
