Activity won't sync with Forerunner 945

Trying to sync my crossfit workout (cardio setting) and although the intensity minutes show on the summary page, they are absent in the detail and the activity itself won't sync. I have restarted the watch and the phone several times with no success. The data is clearly visible on my watch. Calories seem to have been counted as well. Now the watch won't sync at all.

Update: After charging/syncing the watch with my computer via the charging wire, it finally synced.

I have same issue. Have to sync by cable only. Can you check if your live track works?

I had the same problem - Garmin Connect Mobile not synchronising IOS 13. I deleted it from the phone and reinstalled - it’s now working :)

Having same issue since this Sunday, 945 doesn’t sync with Mobile connect. Have to connect to Garmin Express Vis PC. Any idea what is going on? I am using iPhone with latest iOS 13

Delete Connect Mobile completely from your phone - then re-install from the App store. This worked for me :) Using iPhoneX, IOS 13

Will give that a try, didn't think of that. I removed the watch from bluetooth settings, and factory reset the watch but it only works after a few activities.

Got my issue fixed after a nice chat with Garmin Help desk. They sent me a mail detailing some folders that needed to be deleted.

I removed the Garmin Connect from my iPhone, reinstalled, added my 945 again and it still doesn't sync. Since I got the watch, syncing has been iffy.. but now it's unacceptable. Last night I did two activities (swimming and cycling) but went straight to the shower and didn't check my phone. This morning, when I woke up I got the notification saying it synced. It took almost 12h to sync.

Now, I'm trying to sync my lunch activity and it doesn't work. Maybe it will sync tonight. What a joke Garmin!
