The aim of the move bar is to break up sedentary time. Simple. You sit for an hour it's going to suggest you move. It's not intended to be a measure or a reflection of how active you are.
And to be fair there is research that also suggest sedentary active people still have a risk (albeit reduced) of developing cardiometabolic disorders.
