I have an Edge 1030 which gives my training status, VO2 etc.
If I get a Forerunner 245, will I get a combined overall status from the two devices, (Edge for cycling, 245 watch for runs/gym/pilates), OR will I get two separate sets of info that are not combined.
i.e. concerned that if I've done a LOT of hard cycling, which I shouls recover from, the 245 watch will say I'm OK to go for a hard run or whatever, which is wrong, surely?
Anyone in a similar position?
(I have a Forerunner 235 which doesn't have the true-up stuff, the 245 should).
