How do I change my watch face?

I've downloaded a number of number of watch faces to my my watch via Connect IQ.  The watch face on my watch has change randomly to one that I don't want to use, and I can't figure out how to change it back to the one I wanted. The Support site has information about how to customize watch faces, but I can't find anything that explains how to go in and change to a specific watch face.

    Long press the UP button, select Watch Face by pressing the Start/Stop button and then you can cycle thru the various watch faces by pressing either the UP or DOWN buttons. When you have a watch face you see and want to use, press START/STOP button to select it. You may have to select APPLY before it'll be displayed.
