When I look at the HR widget, I've noticed that the max HR is never as high as my max HR that was recorded during an activity within the time frame.
For example, yesterday after my run the widget said my max HR was 189, but the run activity itself had a max HR of 195.
Likewise, when I look at the daily summary stats for max HR in garmin connect, the max does not reflect the max recorded during my activities.
Why aren't these numbers the same?
