Pixel Error

Hi,

I bought the Garmin Forerunner 945 at 07-09, and a week later I have some serious pixel error in my watch. I already e-mailed 3 times, without any response. And I would like to send my watch back and fix my screen.

Where is the problem? I can't see anything wrong.

Well... it would be nice if the orange stripes are not there anymore. These should not be there.

Ah, now I see.

That's not a pixel problem. It's a syncing problem.

Return and get a replacement.
