Garmin pay stop working

Today, all card on my Forerunner 945 is gone. If I try add card I can,t do what. I try restore default setting on Forerunner reinstall app (Android) but nothing... Maybe some can the same problem?

    I bought my brand new 945 watches a week ago. A valid bank card connected. First payments passed with flying colors. But two days tried to use Garmin Pay with no luck. I have the same problem today. Firmware version - 3.30. Reboot didn't help. Please, advise. Watch

  • For me, the process of adding a card again helped in solving the problem of contactless payment with a watch, the only good advice is that after removing the card from the Garmin application, you must turn the phone off and on again before adding the card.

  • My cards were deleted some months ago and I am not able to add them back. From the Android App I push the "Add Card" button, I select my card type (Visa) and it returns back to the "Add Card" button screnn in a loop.

    With Fw v3.30 still no change... this feature (using the watch to pay) is useless if I cannot be 100% sure that the watch will work when it is time to pay. I recommend that everybaody carries the credit card in the pocket to avoid surprises.

    GARMIN: Can you please provide an update on the progess of fixing this problem?

  • Hi GARMIN: More than 3 months of "radio silence" about this problem is really a shame. Moreover when this is a Key feature of FR-945 and you admiitted there is a problem with it. Any improvement in version 3.90 (currently being deployed)? How do I restore my Cards? Can they be erased again? Do I need to return my watch?

    GARMIN, please: Any update on this issue?? When it is expected to have a fix?

    I cant understand how it could take so long! When I call to support services I receive always the same answer "we are working to solve it" ... but 3 months? Really?

  • Hi GARMIN: anybody home?  This must be my fault... I thought this was a SERIOUS forum to enable conversations with a SERIOUS company. Is so difficult to anwer a simple question about the status of this issue?
