I've been having this problem for last couple of days. The card was available in Garmin Connect (Czech bank KB) but the watch said the wallet is empty. Tried to restart the phone and the watch but no luck. I removed the card from phone and added it again but it disn't help either. Finally I uninstalled Garmin Conect Mobile (Android) and installed it again and voila - the card synced to my watch automatically.
I have been having the same problem. The watch said the wallet is empty even though the card was in my Garmin Connect (Android). Nothing helped until I uninstalled Connect and reinstalled it again. After first sync the card appeared on my watch automatically.
Has happened to me on my 645 twice in three days. I give up on adding cards only to have them disappear within 24 hours.
Yet more examples of buggy Garmin software. I'm near to returning my 645 for a refund.
Pixel 2 XL running latest OS, fully updated apps, all updates.
