Restart during tri activity

Hello ,

just had the 945 restarted during the run leg of an olympic tri - about 2h:10 into the activity. I suppose this is a known issue at Garmin or would you guys need some logs from my device? I'm writing you here as most probably the regular support will advice me to do a hard reset :D :D :D

LE: I just noticed that neither the Running Power is not computed for the run part nor the Performance condition - and there was also a HRM disconnect; the HRM is a HRM tri that works otherwise fine, so there is definitely an issue. hello savoyad, as the thread is pretty old, that particular issue got most probably fixed with the next release. on 4.20 the watch is pretty stable, can't complain - at least for what i'm using it for…

Thanks tsofron. I'm having a similar problem on 4.20 (and previously on 4.10): mid-activity restarts, with missing data in the portion after the restart. But, as you say, probably a different issue (I am in touch with support).

truth is, since then i only raced marathons and one shorter duathlon. either way - support is the way to go ;-).
