Hi, HR changing suddenly, producing very low values which are not reflecting reality (as used to before updatinhg) I trired: disable oxygen sensor restart clean sensors clean the hand second hand disable HR swim non of them worked ... 50-100 works probably good, as usual. But everything above 100 is like random .. SOmetimes flash 136 for few measurements and then 88 followed by 85 etc etc ....

HR is failing after update to 2.80

Hi,

HR changing suddenly, producing very low values which are not reflecting reality (as used to before updatinhg)

I trired:

disable oxygen sensor
restart
clean sensors
clean the hand
second hand
disable HR swim

non of them worked ...

50-100 works probably good, as usual.

But everything above 100 is like random .. SOmetimes flash 136 for few measurements and then 88 followed by 85 etc etc ....

Have you hard reset since the update? Press and hold top left until powers off (hold through the assistance alert), then restart.

I am having the same issues... I just came here to look to see if I can find the OG 2.5 software that worked very well... I cant get it to track at all consistently anymore. I tried all the things you did in the OP as well.

Unfortunately I can only give you a me too.

I have similar problems since the Swim oHR got added. While my Fenix 5+ still works, the 945 no longer does. It worked very good before FW 2.7.

I stick to my HRM run and Polar OH1 for now. My hope goes to a new FW though.

Yes, restarted for sure, multiple times. Sadly see no changes in oxygen logging into fit, there are data fields - muscle o2 and hemoglobin but non of them are showing data nor logging them into fit. Seems like preparation for external device? Even 945 does support o2 measurement ...
