Can't Create Wallet...

Has anybody had any difficulty setting up Garmin Pay on a Forerunner 945 via Android?

I click "Create Your Wallet", select a card type, hit "Continue" on the Terms and Conditions page, get the little running man and "Creating wallet..." message. After about 30 seconds, it just goes back to the "Create Your Wallet" screen. The watch is obviously paired with the phone as music, activities, and notifications all work as expected.

I found some older forum posts that seemed to indicate that the iOS version of GCM worked as expected but I tried it with a iPod and got the same results.

Any ideas?

    Decided to see if there was possibly something in my profile that could be the issue and the only thing that jumped out was the double-quotes in my name (Emmett "Buddy" Pate).

    Sure enough, deleted the quotes and the wallet created as expected and moved on to the "Add Card" step.  The GC profile name apparently carries on as the default name for each added card and obviously doesn't expect quotes (although it can be changed to match the exact name on the card.)  I've since put the quotes back in the GC profile name but haven't tried adding an additional card (not sure I have any others that are Garmin Pay capable).

    Every time you add a card, it will happen again I think. I experienced that my GC Name was changed to the Cardholders name every time I added or changed a card. (It was always the same card, but on different devices). I was able to change the GC name back and use Garmin Pay without problems.
