The built in Garmin Strength app is difficult to use, you have to enter repetitions, series etc.... I don't have the time and the patience for that.
I would like to use a simple, easy to use Connect IQ apps that evaluates the gym workouts based on the heart rate (I guess)
Or I could clone an existing generic app that evaluates the effort based on the increased heart rate during gym activities like gym machines, dumbbells, squats, etc.
Any suggestions?
