Phased rollout x% : when in Europe ?

I am in France

Sometime y have the update in the first 20% sometime at 100%

I dont now what are the criteres for the update time

Can see I am on 2.80 as of last night, though I never had to press anything for the update to install, but the settings shows it as 2.80. In the UK.

Just arrived in Portugal.

arrived in austria over WLAN

Mine updated by itself sometime between 7pm last night and 7am this morning. Didn't get a notification like I did with the 735? 

SO did I, here in Spain. 

• And does the internal allocation change with every release or if I'm in the last 20% then I'll likely be in the last 20% for all releases?
