That said, I do cycle commute about 6 hours a week and I do make an effort to get slowly fitter. I have lots of Low Aerobic and some Anerobic effort but for the life of me I can not get any High Aerobic training effort to show up. I was reading that this should kick in if you do over 75% maxHR for reasonable perionds, but even yesterday on my way home pushing up a gradual incline and sitting aroun 80% maxHR for 10+ minutes I still only saw Low Aerobic + Anerobic effort.
