Will 945 get F6 features?

After the uproar of F5+ owners not getting features included in the 945, it’s time to ask whether the 945 will get the new F6 features/screens:

PacePro, Widget glances, new ClimbPro gradient, Map Themes, 6 data fields per page are all confirmed for FR945 this fall at latest.

I would like 6 data on one page as on screens with F6 on my FR945. I know i can use custom CIQ field but still i have more trust for build in fields (not to crash) and i assume battery would be better…

If they did like Fenix 5 Plus series, it's very unlikely.

However the only feature missing from Fenix 6 would be PACE PRO, that i don't think it's a Firstbeat license, and POWER MANGER that also isn't a Firstbeat license.

but Edge 1030 have now some Firstbeat things that came with Edge 530/830, is there any detailed info, what is pace pro exactly?

From the presentation at UTMB that I was just watching a few minutes ago it looked more like a supporting tool to help you pace yourself over race courses which are not flat.

Personally there is nothing the Fenix 6 adds which I'd need. I'm still wanting them to add native power support in running. But I guess this will never happen. If they'd at least add the already existing datafield from biking...

BTW Do you think OHR when swimming will never goes to official firmware in FR945?

A know that Garmin is using FR945 as a testing field for features in F6. Maybe they will add some to FR945?

I love the new widget glances concept. Hope that that makes it to the 945.

somewhere in Ray´s review he says:

"Garmin says they’re bringing this to other devices in the future, but hasn’t specified which existing devices will get it (likely the Forerunner 945, MARQ, and perhaps Forerunner 245)."

we´ll see.

Pace Pro feature is like created for 945, hope it will gonna get this feature via update.
Power management is common feature as well ,probably should add to all their devices across the board.

After abandoning Epix by Garmin i am not so sure about getting new features for Fr945. But i hope i am wrong this time.
