So, I’ve been using the half marathon training plan set forth by Garmin/Galloway, and with the run walk method today, I wanted to set the intervals for the workout portion - Ie. 5 miles, at 4 min run, 30 sec rest, and then lap it every 4 mins and every 30 seconds.
When I hit the lap button it advanced me to the cool down. Is there anyway to move backward in the workout?
Thanks in advance! I think for the future I’d just create my own workout with the 4 min on, 30 sec off interval. I now know that better.
