Music volume always starting too loud

I have some Jaybird Tarah Pros connected to my 945. I typically listen to my music at pretty low volumes. I notice though that whenever I go on a run, the starting volume is always much louder than what it was set at during my previous run. I am not sure if this an issue with the 945 or Tarahs. Anyone else have this issue?

This has been an issue in the past. Raise it with Garmin Support as quite possibly something that needs attending too irrespective of whether or not it's related to your headphones.

has there been an update on this yet? This is seriously making me want to run over my garmin Fenix 6 with my car. What a piece of S***t device. My hearing is worth more than an $800 watch. That’s not even enough to cover a hearing aid.
