It's remote desktop protocol, so it's actually a remote display which
you can access from your windows applications, running on a server. This is a very universal tool, which can be used in many different ways, but the most common one is when you want to access your home desktop while being at work or other place, and vice versa. I buy rdp for this reason, because for my job this is a must have, I can't work without it. There are many more ways how you can use it, this is just a basic example for you to understand.
In this context, wouldn't that be the Running Dynamics Pod? I can't see the 945 being powerful enough to run or even be compatible with remote desktop protocol server
You connect the running dynamic pod (nothing to do with remote desktop) as a specific RDP external sensor and you can download the Garmin app of the power (running power), everything else is native to the watch, some data you can see them in graphic form others just numbers, when you download the ride you will see all the graphs on Connect.
