Hi frieds, purchased new Garmin 945, and went for my 70.3 triathlon. At the end of the race pushed to save an activity and watch died on me and didn't save an activity, any thoughts on retrieving it?

activity fit files are in the ACTIVITY folder
when you see none with the date from today
you can use a filerecovery program like recuva
average hr/min fit files are in the MONITOR folder
steps fit files are in the METRICS folder
sleep fit files are in the SLEEP folder
please correct me when wrong 
all fit files from these folders can be imported from Garmin Connect Web
GCW will inform when the data was already uploaded in GCW
