remove workout from training load

Not sure this is just 945, but it's what I am using so here we go....

A few days ago I had a bad HR data day. Something happened that made my HR chest strap give bad data. A period of high numbers that definitely didn't reflect what I was doing (going downhill on a trail really easily). Anyway, this then gave me this workout with a high anaerobic training effect that definitely didn't happen. I deleted the workout from my watch, I also made sure it wasn't showing up in Garmin Connect on my phone or online. Despite this it is still reflecting on the training status 7 day load on my watch with the little blue bar. This is skewing my 4 week load focus quite a bit too.

Anyone got any thoughts on how I can make it go away?

Related: I also did a fairly gently commute, no high hr numbers, no trying hard. The watch gave load 45, benefit : anaerobic capacity. 10k bike ride. Not even base as far as I felt. Any reason why this might happen? (I might be tired from a longer ride yesterday...)
