Upgrade from Fenix 3HR to FR945?

I have had a Fenix 3HR for over 2 years now and am happy with it on most levels, but I am considering upgrading to the FR945, and want some opinions:

  • I use it currently mainly for cycling, some walking, some kayaking, some sea swimming, and some roller skating; there is no reason that the FR945 would not allow me to track the same and with more metrics? (for context as well, I use an Edge 1000 for cycling as my main tracking).
  • I was recently diagnosed with mild obstructive sleep apnoea with nighttime pressured air treatment starting a couple of weeks ago, and have started wearing my F3HR to bed, after previously finding it too bulky to wear to bed, and so I am interested in the advanced sleep tracking and the SPO2 readings of a night now I am on CPAP treatment. What are people's experiences of the sleep and SPO2 tracking at night? and anyone with OSA?
  • What is the screen like compared to the F3HR?

Thank you.
