maps appears twice in Garmin Connect

Hi,

When I synched my 945 with connect, it shows me twice the europe map : one is "up to date" and the other is "available to update".

When I go to "ProgramData", there are indeed 2 folders "rmu\activeeu\2019_10".

What should I do to remove this duplicate ?

  • I'm too seeing twice the same maps. Anyone knows more?

    Same here. Connect also tells me there is an update for the system SW and writes: your version 2.80, new version: 2.80. I wonder if the update system is messed up somehow. I only updated one instance of the map and it works fine.

  • Yeah, after updating all the maps, I disconnected and reconnected the watch. Garmin Express than showed the exact same map update TBD that I just had installed before. Didn't do it and everything seems fine. Map Version on the watch matches the one I should install... (2019.10)

  • I’m not aware that I can see the maps in “Garmin Connect” Web or Mobile version.

    According to the attached picture you seems to speak about “Garmin Express”.

    According to your picture you have already installed maps and an already downloaded Update of the “TopoActive Europe 2019.10” map.

    I had the same situation. After installing the already downloaded “TopoActive Europe 2019.10” map all seems correct (only one version).

    PS: It seems that there are 2 versions with the same name of the October map from “TopoActive Europe 2019.10”.
