The system is down as of last Monday as reported by Der Spiegel

Would be interesting to see if the folks doing workouts with GPS+Galileo noticed an impact on accuracy.

I didn't .. but then again I hadn't noticed much consistent difference between GPS/ GPS+GLOSNASS and GPS+Galileo. (I'm in Chicago USA).

I run @ 5 times a week,one of the runs 10+ miles, the others around 6 - 8 miles

Yes, I noticed it. My tracks were not as clean as in the past and I was wondering what was happening compared to the beginning.
