Hello,
I run alot but my love is weightlifting.
But I don't want to input the sets and reps ( too long).
I would like to just click start and let it track my energy expenditure in a good way.
What I do now is I click on cardio...heart rate is tracked but its doesnt take anaerobic effect into calculation...I can be dead after a tabata set of push-ups or bodyweight squats ...training effect is very little...I have a hard time believing that my anaerobic capacity isnt more stimulated...
Can you guys share what you guys do to best track weightlifting/ anaerobic resistance training?
